What if there's a mistake in my order?
Contact customerservice@nuttynovelties.com and they’ll make it right. Including photos is helpful.
I ordered this as a gift and don’t want prices to show in the shipment.
Prices are not included in shipments — only packing slips are included.
How can I get more products?
Products are available through retailers, events, and Subscribe & Save options.
Do you offer wholesale quantities?

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a $10 shipping fee. Products are also available via Amazon Prime.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship every business day. About 90% ship same day or next day.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Shipping is available only to U.S. addresses.
Should I be concerned about product temperatures in transit?
No. Natural products may separate more in heat or cold, but there have been no reported issues.
Is pickup available?
Free pickup is available at their Telford, PA facility (ready in about 1 business day) and at select events with prior notice.

How do I stay updated on batch drops and news?
Subscribe to our email list to stay informed.
Why is there oil on top of the peanut butter?
Natural oil separation occurs. Simply stir or refrigerate to reduce separation.
What are the white spots on Chocolate Peanut Butter?
This is chocolate bloom. It is harmless and safe to eat.
What’s the difference between Pure and Classic Peanut Butter?
Pure contains only peanuts (unsalted). Classic is lightly salted.
Are tree nuts and peanuts processed on the same equipment?
Tree nuts are not processed on the same equipment as peanut butters.
Is production shared with Popcorn Works?
They operate in the same building but production does not overlap.
What is the shelf life?
Products are dated 9 months from production.
Is the product gluten-free?
Yes.
Is the peanut butter safe for dogs?
Pure Peanut Butter contains only peanuts and no xylitol.
Where do the nuts come from?
Peanuts come from North Carolina; almonds, pistachios, and walnuts from California; cashews from Brazil.
Are products certified Kosher?
Yes, certified by Star-K.
Are all products vegan?
Some flavors contain dairy or honey. Vegan options are clearly listed.
Is a jar safe past its best-by date?
Yes, typically safe at least a year past the date, though more stirring may be needed.
